Line Up

We have a fantastic line up for you on the 30th May, including:

Freddy Macha, Tanzanian Writer and Musician.  You can read his article about how we should all speak out about FGM here.
Nadia Al Faghih Hassan: percussionist and musician.  Active in community work, cares about people and used to run a women only percussion group. Nadia is of North African, West African and European descent.

 

Sokoshumba a duet from Zimbabwe performing colourful African music on mbira, hosho and djembe. 

Nakisha Singer/ songwriter/ instrumentalist and inventor of Opera Reggae! Expect to laugh at impromptu jokes, random dance moves and to get involved with the Opera Reggae cover of the Spice girls "Spice up your life!"
